Terms and Community Guidelines – Guyly

Welcome to Guyly, an LGBTQ community chat app created to help people connect, communicate, and build respectful relationships. To keep the community safe and welcoming for everyone, all users are expected to follow these guidelines.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Be Respectful
Treat all users with kindness and respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior toward others will not be tolerated.

No Discrimination or Hate Speech
Guyly supports diversity and inclusion. Any form of discrimination or hateful content based on gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, or other personal characteristics is strictly prohibited.

Respect Privacy
Do not share personal or private information about yourself or others without permission. Avoid sharing phone numbers, home addresses, financial details, or other sensitive information.

Appropriate Content
Users may share messages and photos, but all content must remain respectful and appropriate. Illegal, harmful, abusive, or exploitative content is not allowed.

No Harassment or Unwanted Behavior
Repeated unwanted messages, stalking, intimidation, or any behavior that makes other users uncomfortable is not allowed.

No Impersonation
Do not pretend to be another person, organization, or public figure. Misleading or fake profiles may be removed.

Report Problems
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please use the in-app report or block features. Our team may review reported content to maintain a safe environment.

Account Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account removal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if these terms are violated.

Age Requirement
Guyly is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors may be removed.

Content Sharing
You are responsible for the content you share and the messages you send through the app.

Privacy
We value your privacy. Your use of Guyly is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Content Ownership
Guyly does not claim ownership of the content you create or share. However, you grant us permission to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the service.

We may revise these terms from time to time. By continuing to use Guyly, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
